Commercial property
Kontrazten
Allstad owns the commercial property Kontrazten. This comprises the buildings Fred. Olsens gt 1 (FO1) and Rådhusgaten 1-3 (R1-3). FO1 was rehabilitated in 2022 and is leased out on the market on favourable terms.
At street level, the space between FO1 and R1-3 has been opened up. Tenants in R1-3 therefore have access to the modern staff restaurant and well-equipped gym in FO1. From 2026, R1-3 will undergo a complete rehabilitation for leasing on the market. Kontrazten will then have a shared entrance and customer reception area in R1-3, where restaurant operations and shops at street level are also planned.
Available premises at Oslo Hospital
Oslo Hospital dates back to 1290, when Franciscan monks established a monastery on the site. After the Reformation, the monastery was converted into Oslo Hospital, and hospital operations continued at the site until 2018. Together with the Oslo Hospital Foundation, Allstad has transformed the property into modern commercial premises. The historic buildings have been completely renovated, while new buildings have been added. The work has been carried out in close cooperation with the City Antiquarian and the Directorate for Cultural Heritage, with great respect for the area's cultural and historical values.
