Prestegårdsskogen is located in a scenic area, a 5-minute drive from Rakkestad town centre or a 15-minute walk along the new pedestrian and cycle path into the town centre. The area is surrounded by large forests and several fishing lakes, offering magnificent nature experiences. In phase 2 of the residential area, large plots are available for self-build development, as well as ready-designed homes, both classic and modern, and new terraced houses for those who need less space but want a low-maintenance garden. We can offer a wide range of opportunities so that everyone can fulfil their dream of owning a home.
The area is being developed by Prestegårdsskogen Utvikling AS, which is owned by Allstad and Steinar Levernes AS (50/50). The plots have been sold to professional homebuilders and self-builders. There are only a few plots left.

Rakkestad
In the middle of Østfold, on the eastern side of the Glomma River, lies Rakkestad Municipality. As the geographical centre of the county, the municipality borders Sarpsborg and Skiptvet to the west, Eidsberg to the north, Marker and Aremark to the east, and Halden to the south. As of 1 January 2017, 4,634 people lived in the town of Rakkestad.
Rakkestad is currently Østfold's second-largest municipality in terms of area and one of Norway's largest agricultural municipalities.
