A year of great interest in Allstad’s projects
– I would like to thank politicians and municipal administrations across the country for their positive response. This is absolutely essential when we seek to realise the projects they need, whether they are healthcare institutions, business hubs or new residential areas.
New name
In September, Opplysningsvesenets fond and Clemens Eiendom were formally converted into the state-owned limited company Allstad AS. We continue to manage and develop property and assets that have historically been associated with the parsonages in Norway, with operations within property management and development, renewable energy and asset management. This overall structure is an important strength.
We are happy to enter into dialogue about how we can develop commercial buildings, new places to live and meeting places that enrich neighbourhoods. We have centrally located plots throughout the country with potential for socially beneficial development projects, such as assisted living homes. For Norway’s municipalities, it is a win-win, since dividends from Allstad go towards building up the Church Preservation Fund for churches of cultural and historical importance.
Good prospects for 2025
Over the past year, several municipalities have recognised this opportunity, and we see that they are beginning to think in new and different ways about how we can build together to meet their needs and the needs of society.
Through cooperation and participation, we can realise exciting opportunities, and we look forward to more of this in 2025. We are happy to talk to anyone who is curious about Allstad’s plots and possible local projects.
Wishing all our partners and friends throughout the country a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
- Bernt Nordby Skøien, Director, Allstad Eiendom
