Solum Parsonage
Solum Parsonage is located in Skien Municipality and has Solum Church as its nearest neighbour, on the other side of the road. The main building has a core dating from the 18th century, but bears the mark of alterations made in the 19th century. The house acquired its present appearance after an alteration in 1842, when the second floor was reportedly built. The house has taller windows on the second floor, and the placement of the windows does not correspond to that on the first floor. The long façade facing the courtyard has a classical entrance portal with a fanlight. Some older architectural details have been preserved in the interior.
